200 g. Sweet Rice Flour (Mochiko)
50 g. Sugar
240 ml. Water
Cornstarch for Dusting
Anko (Red Bean Paste) for Filling

Repeat the same steps as in the Mochi recipe to create the Mochi dough and fill with Anko.
