Taiyaki

Method

200 g. All-purpose Flour
30 g. Sugar
1 Egg
240 ml. Milk
Anko (Red Bean Paste) for Filling

Mix flour and sugar in a bowl.

Whisk in egg and milk to make a batter.

Heat a taiyaki pan and pour in the batter.

Add a spoonful of anko in the center, then pour in more batter to cover the anko.

Close the pan and cook until the taiyaki is golden brown on both sides.
