100 g. All-purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Eggs
50 g. Sugar
2 tbsp. Honey
Anko (Red Bean Paste) for Filling
Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and honey together.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, mixing until smooth.
Heat a pan and pour in a small amount of batter to make a mini pancake.
Flip the pancake when bubbles appear on the surface.
Repeat until all batter is used. Let pancakes cool.
Spread anko between two pancakes to make a sandwich.
