Japanese, Dessert Vegan Nut Free, Anko (Red Bean paste)

400 g. Anko (Red Bean Paste)
10 g. Agar Powder
240 ml. Water
100 g. Sugar

In a pot, mix agar powder with water and bring to a boil.

Add sugar and dissolve completely.

Lower the heat and add the anko, stirring well to mix.

Pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool.

Refrigerate until set, then slice to serve.
