Tempura Ice Cream

4 Vanilla Ice Cream
100 g. All-purpose Flour
1 Egg
100 g. Bread Crumbs
1 l. Oil for Deep Frying
Scoop the ice cream into balls and freeze until very firm.
Roll the frozen ice cream balls in flour, then egg, and finally bread crumbs.
Return to the freezer until ready to fry.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 190 degrees Celsius.
Fry the ice cream balls one at a time until golden brown, about 10-15 seconds.
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
