Method
240 ml. Water
100 g. Sugar
Flavoring Such As Strawberry Or Lemon
Ice
Condensed Milk
Make a simple syrup by combining the water and sugar in a pot and heating until the sugar is dissolved. Add the flavoring and let it cool.
Shave the ice and place it in a bowl.
Pour the syrup over the shaved ice.
Drizzle with condensed milk and serve.
