200 g. Shiroan (White Bean Paste)
50 g. Sugar
30 g. Glutinous Rice Flour
40 ml. Water
Food Coloring

Combine glutinous rice flour and water, then strain it through a fine sieve.

Cook the mixture over medium heat until thickened.

Add sugar and shiro-an and mix until well combined.

Divide the dough into portions and color each one with food coloring.

Shape the colored dough into flowers or other traditional wagashi shapes.
