Warabimochi

Method
80 g. Warabi (Bracken) Starch
80 g. Sugar
480 ml. Water
Kinako for Dusting
In a pot, mix warabi starch, sugar, and water.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool.
Cut the cooled mochi into cubes and dust with kinako before serving.
