2 Whole Fish (Like Mackerel Or Salmon)
Salt
Lemon Slices for Garnish

Clean the fish and pat it dry. Sprinkle with salt and let it sit for about 30 minutes.

Grill the fish on both sides until it's cooked through and the skin is crisp.

Serve with a slice of lemon.
