1 Silken Tofu
1 Green Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Piece Fresh Ginger, Grated
Bonito Flakes
Soy Sauce

Cut the tofu into cubes or slices, depending on your preference.

Arrange the tofu on a plate and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Once chilled, remove from the fridge. Top with the green onions, grated ginger, and bonito flakes.

Drizzle with soy sauce before serving. Enjoy this refreshing, cool dish especially in the summertime.
