Method

500 ml. Dashi
2 cups Cooked Rice
1 Egg
100 g. Cooked Chicken Or Seafood
2 Green Onions, Chopped
Soy Sauce, to Taste

In a pot, heat the dashi and add the cooked rice.

Add your choice of cooked chicken or seafood.

Beat the egg in a bowl and slowly pour it into the pot, stirring constantly.

Add the green onions and season with soy sauce to taste before serving.
