Japanese, Main Course Lactose Free, Pork Loin

100 g. Pork, Sliced into Bite-sized Pieces
1 Carrot, Sliced
1 Potato, Cubed
1 Onion, Sliced
1 Burdock Root, Sliced
600 ml. Dashi
3 tbsp. Miso
1 tbsp. Sesame Oil

Heat sesame oil in a pot, add pork and cook until browned.

Add the vegetables and continue to cook for a few minutes.

Pour in dashi and bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.

Dissolve miso in a ladle with some soup and add back to the pot. Simmer for a few more minutes before serving.
