Method

4 Potatoes, Boiled and Mashed
200 g. Ground Meat (Beef Or Pork)
1 Onion, Minced
Salt and Pepper, to Taste
Flour, for Dusting
2 Eggs, Beaten
Panko Bread Crumbs, for Coating
Oil, for Frying

Sauté the onions until they're translucent.

Add the ground meat and cook until it's browned.

Mix the meat and onion mixture with the mashed potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Form the mixture into patties, dust with flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko crumbs.

Deep fry the patties until they're golden brown.

Drain on paper towels before serving.
