6 Sazae (Turban Shells)
Sake, for Boiling

Clean the sazae thoroughly.

Boil the sazae in sake for about 5 minutes.

Remove the meat from the shell, remove the hard parts, and slice into bite-sized pieces.

Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
