1  Carrot, Julienned
1  Burdock Root, Julienned
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
Sesame Seeds, for Garnish

Heat the sesame oil in a pan and add the carrot and burdock root. Stir fry for a few minutes.

Add the sugar, soy sauce, and mirin and simmer until the liquid has evaporated.

Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
