Method

500 g. Ground Chicken
1 Egg
¼ cup Breadcrumbs
¼ cup Green Onions, Finely Chopped
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Sake
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Cornstarch

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Form into small, flat meatballs and grill, fry, or bake until cooked through.

They can be served with extra soy sauce for dipping.
