500 g Ground Chicken
1  Egg
¼ cu Breadcrumbs
¼ cu Green Onions, Finely Chopped
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Cornstarch

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Form into small, flat meatballs and grill, fry, or bake until cooked through.

They can be served with extra soy sauce for dipping.
