4 Medium-sized Potatoes
Butter, to Taste
Salt, to Taste

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Wash and dry the potatoes, then prick them several times with a fork.

Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 1 hour, or until tender.

Split the potatoes open and top with butter and a sprinkle of salt. Serve while hot.
