Japanese-style Hamburg Steak

500 g. Ground Beef
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Egg
½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
¼ cup Milk
Salt and Pepper, to Taste
4 tbsp. Ketchup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Mix the ground beef, onion, egg, panko, milk, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.

Shape the mixture into four patties.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the patties on both sides until browned and cooked through.

Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar together in a small bowl, then pour the sauce over the patties in the pan.

Simmer until the sauce is thickened, then serve the patties with a side of rice.
