200 g. Somen Noodles
4 cups Dashi
¼ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Mirin
Green Onions, Chopped, for Serving
Wasabi, for Serving

Cook the somen noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.

Heat the dashi, soy sauce, and mirin in a saucepan until boiling, then let it cool.

Serve the noodles with the dipping sauce, green onions, and wasabi.
