Bakso

500 g. Ground Beef
100 g. Tapioca Flour
1 Egg
2 Garlic, Minced
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
2 l. Beef Broth
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Leek, Sliced
2 Celery Stalks, Sliced
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
200 g. Rice Vermicelli, Soaked In Hot Water Until Soft and Drained
100 g. Bean Sprouts
4 Green Onions, Chopped
4 Boiled Eggs
Kecap Manis, Sambal, and Fried Shallots for Serving

Mix ground beef, tapioca flour, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Knead until everything is well mixed.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs.

Bring the beef broth to a boil in a large pot. Add the meatballs and cook until they float.

Add garlic, leek, celery, salt, and pepper to the pot. Simmer for 15 minutes.

To serve, place some vermicelli and bean sprouts in a bowl. Top with meatballs and pour the hot soup over it. Garnish with green onions, boiled eggs, kecap manis, sambal, and fried shallots.
