Tempeh

500 g. Fresh Tempeh
3 Garlic, Minced
2 Large Red Chillies, Sliced
2 tbsp. Kecap Manis
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Vegetable Oil for Frying

Cut the tempeh into thin slices.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the tempeh slices until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, fry the garlic and chillies until aromatic.

Return the tempeh to the pan, add sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir fry until the tempeh is well coated with the sauce.

Serve hot as a side dish.
