2 cups Jasmine Rice
2 cups Coconut Milk
1 cup Water
2 tsp. Turmeric Powder
2 Lemongrass, Bruised
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp. Salt

Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

In a pot, combine the rice, coconut milk, water, turmeric, lemongrass, bay leaves, and salt.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.

Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
