Martabak

500 g. All-purpose Flour
300 ml. Warm Water
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
200 g. Ground Beef
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Leek, Finely Chopped
4 Green Onions, Finely Chopped
½ l. Vegetable Oil for Frying

In a bowl, combine flour, water, and salt. Knead until a dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

In another bowl, mix ground beef, onion, leek, green onions, and eggs.

Divide the dough into small balls. Flatten each ball with a rolling pin.

Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of the dough. Fold the dough over to cover the filling and seal the edges.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the martabak until golden brown. Flip and fry the other side. Drain on paper towels before serving.
