500 g. Egg Noodles
2 Eggs
200 g. Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
200 g. Chicken Breast, Thinly Sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Onion, Thinly Sliced
2 Green Onions, Chopped
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Kecap Manis
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
Vegetable Oil for Frying

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large frying pan or wok, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion. Stir fry until fragrant.

Add shrimp and chicken. Stir fry until they are cooked.

Push everything to one side of the pan. On the other side, crack the eggs and scramble them.

Add noodles, green onions, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir fry everything together until well mixed. Serve hot.
