500 g. Potatoes, Peeled and Cut into Chunks
200 g. Ground Beef
2 Eggs
2 Shallots, Finely Chopped
2 Garlic, Minced
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
Vegetable Oil for Frying
Boil the potatoes until soft. Drain and mash.
Mix mashed potatoes, ground beef, 1 egg, shallots, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into small patties.
Beat the remaining egg in a bowl. Dip each patty in the egg, then fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels before serving.
