Traditional British, Main Course, Pork Sausage Back Bacon Eggs

8 Pork Sausages
8 Rashers Of Back Bacon
400 g. Can Of Baked Beans
4 Tomatoes, Halved
200 g. Mushrooms, Sliced
8 Eggs
4 Slices Of Bread
50 g. Butter
4 Slices of Black Pudding
4 Potatoes (For Hash Browns optional)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Vegetable Oil for Frying

Grill the sausages and bacon until they're cooked to your liking.

In a pan, heat the baked beans over medium heat.

In another pan, fry the halved tomatoes and sliced mushrooms in some butter.

In a third pan, fry the eggs to your preference.

For the black pudding, heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the slices of black pudding and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until crisp.

For the hash browns, grate the potatoes and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Season with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add spoonfuls of the grated potato, pressing them down and shaping them into patties. Fry on both sides until crisp and golden.

Toast the bread and spread it with butter.

Arrange all components on a plate and serve immediately.
