Corned Beef Hash

340 g. Can Of Corned Beef, Diced
4 Potatoes, Peeled and Diced
2 Onions, Diced
30 g. Butter
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, drain off the water and mash the potatoes and set aside.
In a large frying pan, melt the butter and cook the onions until they're soft.
Add the corned beef and mashed potatoes to the pan, then gently stir to combine.
Continue to cook the mixture over medium heat until it's heated through and starting to brown.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve.
