4 Bratwurst Sausages
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
250 ml. Ketchup
2 tbsp. Curry Powder
1 tbsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. Sugar
In a frying pan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, add the bratwurst sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 10-15 minutes.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the ketchup, curry powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir until the ingredients are well mixed and the sauce is warm.
Cut the cooked bratwurst into slices and pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle with a bit more curry powder before serving.
