German, Main Course Gluten Free Lactose Free, Pork Loin Topside of Beef Back Bacon

500 g Pork (Mix Of Belly and Loin)
250 g Lean Beef (Topside Or Similar)
250 g Unsmoked Bacon
200 g Ice, Crushed
1  Onion, Chopped
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Mace
1 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)
1 tsp Coriander (Ground)

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

Grind the pork, beef, and bacon through a meat grinder twice for a finer texture.

Place the ground meat, crushed ice, chopped onion, and all the spices into a food processor. Blend until you have a fine paste.

Put the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned.

Let it cool before slicing and serving.
