Frikadellen (German Meat Patties)

500 g. Ground Beef
500 g. Ground Pork
1 Large Onion, Finely Chopped
2 Eggs
100 g. Breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Canola Oil for Frying
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into patties of your preferred size.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until they're browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve warm.
