Palačinke (Croatia)

200 g. Flour
2 Eggs
½ l. Milk
1 tbsp. Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Butter for Frying
Filling Of Choice (E.g., Nutella, Jam, Sweet Cheese)

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and salt.

Gradually add in the flour, whisking until the batter is smooth.

Heat a little butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and tilt it so that the batter evenly coats the bottom.

Cook until the edges are lightly golden, then flip and cook the other side.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Fill the cooked palačinke with your choice of filling, roll them up, and serve.
