Norwegian Salmon

Method
4 Salmon Fillets, 150 G Each
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 Lemon, Sliced
Preheat the grill or oven to 180°C.
Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Grill or bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with sliced lemon.
