Swedish Crayfish Party (Kräftskiva)

2 kg. Live Crayfish
2 l. Water
3 tbsp. Salt
2 tsp. Sugar
Bunch Of Dill Crowns
Rinse the crayfish in cold water.
Bring water, salt, sugar, and dill crowns to a boil in a large pot.
Add crayfish to the boiling water and cover the pot.
Once the water boils again, cook the crayfish for about 7-10 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from heat and let the crayfish cool in the liquid.
Serve chilled with bread, cheese, and drinks.
