Swedish Hasselback Potatoes

8 Medium-sized Potatoes
4 tbsp. Melted Butter
Salt
Black Pepper
4 tbsp. Breadcrumbs
50 g. Grated Cheese
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Make deep, parallel cuts into each potato, stopping just before you cut through so that the slices stay connected at the bottom.
Brush the potatoes with half the melted butter, then season with salt and pepper.
Bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes, then remove from the oven.
Brush the potatoes with the remaining butter, making sure some gets between the slices.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheese over the potatoes, then return to the oven for 20 more minutes, or until golden and crispy.
