Finnish Blueberry Pie (Mustikkapiirakka)

200 g. Butter, Melted
200 g. Sugar
1 Egg
240 g. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
500 g. Fresh Blueberries
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar. Add the egg and mix well.
Combine the flour and baking powder, then add to the butter mixture and mix until a dough forms.
Press the dough into a pie dish, making sure to cover the sides.
Spread the fresh blueberries over the dough.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
