Danish Frikadeller

500 g. Ground Pork
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
50 g. Flour
1 Egg
125 ml. Milk
¼ tsp. Salt to taste
¼ tsp. Pepper to Taste
25 g. Butter (For Frying)
In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, chopped onion, flour, and egg.
Gradually add the milk while stirring, then season with salt and pepper.
Form the mixture into oval-shaped meatballs.
Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, then fry the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through.
Serve with boiled potatoes and pickled red cabbage.
