Northern European, Main Course Nut Free, Ground Pork

Danish Frikadeller

500 g Ground Pork
1  Onion, Finely Chopped
50 g Flour
1  Egg
125 ml Milk
¼ tsp Salt to taste
¼ tsp Pepper to Taste
25 g Butter (For Frying)

In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, chopped onion, flour, and egg.

Gradually add the milk while stirring, then season with salt and pepper.

Form the mixture into oval-shaped meatballs.

Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, then fry the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through.

Serve with boiled potatoes and pickled red cabbage.
