Icelandic Pylsur

4 Icelandic Hot Dogs (Or Other Good Quality Frankfurters)
4 Hot Dog Buns
Raw White Onion, Chopped
Crispy Fried Onions
Ketchup
Sweet Mustard
200 ml. Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Sweet Relish
1 tbsp. Capers, Finely Chopped
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. Curry Powder
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper to Taste

To make the remoulade sauce, mix together mayonnaise, sweet relish, chopped capers, Dijon mustard, and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to let the flavors meld together.

Boil the hot dogs according to package instructions.

Toast the buns, then place a hot dog in each bun.

Top with raw and fried onions, then drizzle with ketchup, mustard, and remoulade sauce.
