Shish Kebab (Turkey)

500 g. Lamb (Preferably Leg Or Shoulder), Cut into 2.5 Cm Cubes
1 Large Onion, Grated
2 Garlic, Minced
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Paprika
¼ tsp. Salt and Pepper to Taste

In a large bowl, mix together the onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they're well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Thread the lamb onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.(If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes beforehand to prevent burning.)

Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they reach your desired level of doneness. Serve with flatbread and salad.
