Tzatziki (Greece)

500 g. Greek Yoghurt
1 Medium Cucumber
2 Garlic, Finely Minced
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. White Vinegar
2 tbsp. Fresh Dill, Finely Chopped
Salt to Taste

Grate the cucumber and drain it in a sieve or with a clean cloth to remove excess water.

In a bowl, combine the drained cucumber, yogurt, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and dill. Mix until well combined.

Season with salt, taste, and adjust the seasoning as needed.

Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
