Chicken Souvlaki (Greece)

500 g. Chicken Breast, Cut into 2.5 Cm Cubes
3 Garlic, Minced
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Dried Oregano
Salt and Pepper to Taste

In a bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.

Add the chicken cubes, ensuring they're well-coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Thread the chicken onto skewers. (If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.)

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
