500 g. Ground Lamb
2 Onions, Finely Chopped
1½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Black Pepper
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
500 g. Flour
1 Egg
200 Water
½ tsp. Salt

Combine the ground lamb, onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine the flour, egg, water, and salt. Knead until a firm dough forms.

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each into a thin circle.

Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.

Steam the dumplings over boiling water until the dough is cooked and the filling is no longer pink, about 15-20 minutes.
