1 kg. Lamb (Leg Or Shoulder), Or Beef (Sirloin Or Ribeye) , Cut into Cubes
1 Onion, Sliced
½ cup Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Combine the meat, onion, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
Thread the meat onto skewers.
Grill over medium heat until the meat is cooked to your liking, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
