500 g. Mutton, Lamb Shoulder, Or Beef (Chuck Or Shank) Cut into Cubes
2 Onions, Sliced
2 Potatoes, Cut into Cubes
2 Carrots, Sliced
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the meat and brown on all sides.

Add the onions to the pot and sauté until they are soft and translucent.

Add the potatoes and carrots to the pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked, about 30-40 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the stew hot.
