Lepeshka (Central Asia)

500 g. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Yeast
250 ml. Warm Water
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and add it to the bowl along with the oil.
Knead the mixture into a smooth dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a round, flat disc.
If you have a tandoor, heat it up and slap the dough onto the sides. If not, preheat your oven to 220°C and bake the bread on a baking sheet until it's golden brown.
