8 Lamb Chops
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 tsp. Ground Coriander
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat your tandoor or oven to 200°C. If using a regular oven, set it to grill/broil.
Cook the lamb chops until they are browned and cooked to your liking, usually about 15-20 minutes.
Serve the lamb chops hot with fresh vegetables or rice.
