500 g. Beef Shank Or Brisket, Cut into Large Pieces
3 Carrots, Chopped
2 Onions, Chopped
2 Potatoes, Chopped
3 Garlic, Minced
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the beef and brown on all sides.
Add the onions, carrots, and garlic to the pot and cook until the vegetables are softened.
Cover the ingredients with water and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 1-2 hours until the meat is tender.
Add the potatoes to the pot and cook for another 20 minutes until they are tender.
Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
