Sutli Kebab (Uzbekistan)

500 g. Ground Lamb Or Beef
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
2 Garlic, Minced
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
In a bowl, mix together the ground meat, onions, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into long, thin kebabs around skewers. If you don't have skewers, you can shape them into sausage-like shapes by hand.
Preheat your charcoal grill or if unavailable, preheat your grill or broiler.
Grill the kebabs over the charcoal, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
Serve the Sutli Kebabs hot with fresh vegetables, naan bread, or rice.
