500 g. Boneless Chicken Thighs
2 Garlic, Minced
1 tsp. Ground Coriander
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Ground Turmeric
1 tsp. Ground Paprika
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
60 ml. Lemon Juice
60 ml. Olive Oil

In a bowl, mix together the garlic, spices, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil to make a marinade.

Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensure they're fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight for better flavor.

Grill the marinated chicken thighs until fully cooked and charred.

Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips for serving.
