250 g. Lean Ground Beef Or Lamb
125 g. Bulgar Wheat
1 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
1 tsp. Ground Allspice
½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
60 ml. Olive Oil

Soak bulgur wheat in cold water for about 30 minutes until it becomes soft, then drain.

In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, soaked bulgur wheat, onion, spices, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small oval patties.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties until they are brown and crispy on both sides.
