500 g. Chicken Breasts, Cut into Cubes
4 Garlic, Minced
60 ml. Lemon Juice
60 ml. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Ground Paprika
1 tsp. Ground Thyme
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
½ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Salt

In a bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, thyme, cumin, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.

Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and ensure they're fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for better flavor.

Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.

Grill the skewers until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
